Data Upload Error (Different Systems)

Problem: Data uploads correctly on a Windows computer, but errors occur when switching to other systems (iOS, Android, Mac).

Reason: Different systems have varying key mappings (the scanner defaults to Windows settings).

Solution: Configure the barcode scanner for the system you’re using by scanning the appropriate receiver settings from the wireless configuration barcode.

Note: This setting applies only to wireless barcode scanners.
